Privacy Policy

Colorado Digital Laboratories, Inc. (CDL) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided by visitors of our web site, registrants for our events, recipients of our e-mail and all of our customers. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our customers’ right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our customers regarding confidential information. This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for all products and services owned by CDL.

Website Information Collection and Use
CDL does not automatically collect information about our website visitors. We do not use "cookies," a piece of data stored on the visitor's hard drive containing information about the visitor.

E-mail
If visitors contact us by e-mail, we may ask for additional contact information (such as name, address, telephone, and, occasionally, information such as job title). All information provided to CDL is kept confidential. Confidential information is never shared with any outside entity for any reason except as provided below. We may retain e-mail's and other information sent to us for our internal administrative purposes, and to help us to serve our customers better.

Referrals
If visitors elect to use our referral service for informing an associate about our products and services, we may ask them for the associate's name, job title and e-mail address. CDL will use this information to send the associate information about our company, products and services. Unless otherwise requested by the associate, CDL will not attempt to contact the associate further.

Communications from Us
In order to best serve our customers, we may send updates that contain important information about our products and services. We communicate with customers to provide requested services and for account-related issues via e-mail, phone or regular mail.

Confidential Information
We do not share confidential information with other persons or companies, apart from those acting as our agents in providing our product(s) or service(s), and which agree to use it only for that purpose and to keep the information secure and confidential. Entities into which our company may be merged, or entities to which any of our assets, products, sites or operations may be transferred, will be able to use this personal information. We will also disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena or other legal obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property. Customers should also be aware that courts of equity, such as U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, might have the authority under certain circumstances to permit confidential information to be shared or transferred to third parties without permission.

Customer List
Customers listed on our "Experience" page have allowed us to provide this information so that we may illustrate actual projects we have been involved in. Any customer listed on that page who no longer wishes to be identified can have their information removed by contacting CDL. Customers listed may no longer be in business, or have any current relationship with CDL.

Correction / Updating Information
If a customer's information changes (such as telephone numbers), or if a customer is acquired, we provide a way to correct or update that customer's data. The customer should contact CDL anytime this needs to be addressed.

Security
We use reasonable precautions to protect our customers' confidential information and to store it securely. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to that information. The servers on which we store confidential information are kept in a secure environment.

Links
Our web site(s) contain links to other sites. CDL is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites. We encourage our customers to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each web site we may link that may collect personally identifiable information.

Notification and Changes
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so our customers will be aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Customers should check this policy page frequently to keep abreast of any changes.
